Metal Powder Flow Tester

The Metal Powder Flow Tester is designed to evaluate the flowability of metal powders in accordance with several ISO and ASTM standards. Incorporating Hall, Gustavsson and Carney Flowmeter methods, it provides insight into fundamental flow properties which directly impact performance in processes such as filling, spreading and compaction.

The Metal Flowability Tester consists of:

Powder Retaining Tray
1000 mL Beaker
Hall Funnel (supplied with Mensuration Certificate)
Carney Funnel (supplied with Mensuration Certificate)
Gustavsson Funnel (supplied with Mensuration Certificate)
Stopwatch (supplied with UKAS Calibration Certificate),
A cylindrical receiving cup having a capacity of 25 ml /- 0.05 ml
