Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Statement of Commitment
April 2026
Antech is committed to preventing and opposing modern slavery in all its forms and to conducting its business ethically, transparently, and with integrity. Modern slavery is a serious crime and a grave violation of fundamental human rights. It encompasses practices such as servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking, all of which involve the exploitation of individuals through the deprivation of their liberty for personal or commercial gain.
Antech adopts a zero‑tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery does not occur within our own operations or anywhere in our supply chains. This commitment is made in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Criminal Law (Human Trafficking) Act 2008, the Criminal Law (Human Trafficking) (Amendment) Act 2013, and the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We expect the same high standards from all contractors, suppliers, and business partners, and we require them to operate in a manner consistent with our values and legal obligations.
Scope of the Statement
This statement applies to all persons working for or on behalf of Antech in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and any other business partners.
Responsibilities and Governance
- Board of Directors
The Directors have overall responsibility for ensuring that this statement and its implementation comply with Antech’s legal and ethical obligations. - Management
Managers at all levels are responsible for ensuring that those reporting to them understand and comply with this statement and are provided with appropriate guidance and support on identifying and addressing risks of modern slavery. - Employees and Workers
All team members have a duty of care to remain vigilant and to report any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking. The prevention, detection, and reporting of modern slavery is a shared responsibility across the organisation.
Reporting Concerns
Antech requires all personnel to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this statement. The Company must be notified immediately of any suspected or actual instances of modern slavery or human trafficking.
Concerns should be raised with management, including the Managing Director, in circumstances where:
- There is a suspicion that a person acting on behalf of Antech is exploiting another individual in a manner that may constitute modern slavery.
- There is a suspicion that a person acting on behalf of a supplier or business partner is engaging in exploitative practices.
- An individual has been invited to participate in conduct that may result in offences under relevant human trafficking or modern slavery legislation.
- Information is available that reasonably indicates that a person acting on behalf of Antech or its supply chain is preparing to commit, is committing, or has committed an act of modern slavery.
Confidentiality and Protection
All reports will be handled sensitively and, where possible, confidentially. The identity of individuals raising concerns will be protected unless disclosure is required by law or is necessary to ensure effective prevention and enforcement measures.
Antech is committed to ensuring that no individual suffers any detriment, retaliation, or adverse treatment as a result of raising a concern in good faith about suspected or actual modern slavery practices.
This Statement is reviewed and updated regularly.
